Fundamental Yoga - Basic yoga postures with specific focus on alignment. Perfect for beginners!
Slow Flow - Yoga poses joined together in a flowing sequence. Follow the breath to inner peace.
Candlelight Slow Flow - Sweet & soothing candlelight practice. Come prepared to completely unwind. Donation class. Pay what you want! (suggested donation $12-$0)
Ashtanga Yoga - Primary series with adjustments. High energy workout with heat! You will be challenged!
Short form Ashtanga - Basic poses from primary series will be developed in this class. Great for beginners curious about the Ashtanga practice or advanced students that want to fine tune the basics!
Yin Yoga - Slower paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. Helps to ease the mind and body with decompression and relaxation. Great for all levels!
